Does anyone have any good books or resources to study for the Florida state specific test?

Of course, knowledge of Florida FAC will help a bit. Also, Ted Madson's Madson, On Florida Real Property Boundary Law was an invaluable reference when I slayed the test a couple decades ago.

In addition to book's, make sure you know MTS inside and out. And remember that these are the MINIMUM standards, your standards can and should be higher.

The Florida Surveying and Mapping Society has several correspondence course. Buy the material, bind it, study it, take the test that comes with it, and take it into the exam with you. If you fail you are too stupid to be a surveyor.
