Looking for any information on a LOMA on a house in the Floodway?
Can you get one?
Can they get out of flood insurance if granted a LOMA?
Thanks

You can get one, you need signoffs from the local floodplain administrator. If its based on fill you will need engineering data showing that it is not changing the BFE up or down stream.
