oh boy
I am in the process of updating the firmware in our HiperLites.
I've done 2 units with no problems.
Then the third unit, it updated the first (Ram file) and then hung up on the second (Flash file)
Now it appears dead.
Any words of encouragement? Hope?
Or, is all lost.
TIA

Change from soft break to power on capture. Hold the reset button down when you hit start and let go when prompted. It may take a long time (I have seen it take upwards of 45 minutes) but it that usually will do the trick.
