FIRM MAP OVER GOOGLE EARTH ZONE AE INTERPOLTE BFE

I do not know much about those inland flood zones but I would wonder if the BFE would rise to a high point in the lot that would not reach 47 but would be greater than 46. Do not take my answer, I saw the image and just thought of guessing a crest of a vertical curve on a road when you just have contours.

Notice that there is a LOMR. I think that will give you the answer and it will rule.

I checked the LOMR and the profile stays Flat at 46 even (no crest)

You should use the value that your local floodplain manager specifies...
