Mason County 505 of 775, Community Mason (Washington State) Number 530115, Panel 0505 Suffix E...

If you look at the far left at about 52 42 000mN...There is a note that says "limits of study"...I cannot find the study for some reason. Anyone have any tips they want to share?

Why cant I put a picture in here?

This may be it from the FEMA Flood Map Service Center:

Yeah, that does not contain any info from the study. It refers to Unnamed Tributary 1.

The map indicates "Unnamed River Tributary 1" and Flood Zone A. There are no elevations computed for Zone A, so there will be no profiles or other data published. P. 26 and 50 of the Flood Study notes how "Unnamed River Tributary 1" in Mason County was evaluated. You will probably have to contact FEMA if you are looking for more information than they published.

When I saw this on the east coast it was indicative that FEMA or a private entity was doing a study that had not been finalized....I saw this 4-5 times and FEMA may share the study with you, but that happened once for me. The other response was the study had not been finalized so couldn't be shared. Either way it is a call to your local FEMA manager.

Ask your local flood plane administrator

The un-official/unpublished studies are being used in our area to some degree.
