Anyone know if a second story condo can be removed from a SFHA, or a LOMA granted that removes only the second stoty units? The second story is well above the BFE, but my thoughts are that damage to the first story could affect the second story.

I don't believe so...

I own a 7th floor unit & I checked on this when I purchased it. I was told the ground floor serviced my unit (elevator, structure, etc), or something to that effect, it was several years ago when I checked.

Let us know if you receive positive info....

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you...
