Received this in an email message from examiner at the title company

.... misspelled property in fourth paragraph....

I looked it up and found "proprety" and my spell check did not highlight the word, so I dug some more and sent the following link in my reply

proprety

proprety = Aesthetically pleasing property

I think the description helped the property as it was over priced for a town of population 8,000± and buyer could have found comparable property in the metroplex area around Garland, Tx for about $20K less.

I am waiting for the call.......B-)

Hey, I'd congratulate them for actually reading the metes and bounds description. I do a significant amount of work on the claims side of the title insurance business and it is pretty obvious that there are plenty of agents who are writing policies after just shuffling some papers and without even a cursory review.
