I have accomplished several eLOMA's on residential (House/Residence & Garage) combinations.

I have also accomplished Online-LOMA's for resorts with multiple cabin/cottages, without issue.

I am now trying to submit an eLOMA for a resort.

I am looking for any input on successful identifiers (for each building) for this type of application.

I have been audited regularly on my eLOMA's, however upon inspection by the FEMA sub-contractor analyst, there was never anything missing or format issues, for the most part.

On one past eLOMA audit, the analyst said that House must be replaced with Residence, however on most all previous Online-LOMA's, the identifier
"House" was published.

So, can anybody who has accomplished an eLOMA with a similar multiple unit situation give me some pointers for success?

Perhaps there is a source list for acceptable FEMA identifiers, that I have not found.

Thanks

I'm not sure but it seems like I was precluded from using the eLoma process on a multiple family building. I asked FEMA and they replied that I had to go the online route. This was probably about 3 years ago though.

According to pages 23 - 27, multiple structures are able to be processed.

https://hazards.fema.gov/femaportal/resources/eLOMA_User_Tutorial_2015_FINAL.pdf

(Residence, Garage, Barn, Office) are examples of valid identifiers.

I suspect if I don't use one of those terms, I will definitely draw an audit.
