It's been a while since I had to create one but I'm having trouble bringing in the photo's for the PDF fillable form.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Never had any luck doing this. Therefor I have always filled out the EC form in MS Word. It would be good to be able to do it in the PDF form though. I hope someone knows the answer.

Same problem. Have printed photos on one piece of paper and printed the forms on a second, then copy one onto the other on my regular printer. Pain in the rear, but it works.

If you have acrobat pro you can do it by following these instructions.

go to

Tools---->advanced editing--->touchup object tool.

Right click on the screen where you want the picture and select 'Place Image'

You can then bring in an image and size it as needed to fit on the page. I generally resize in Paint as it seems the quickest and easiest place to do it. But you can resize right in acrobat by holding one corner of the pic and dragging it to the size you want.

You can use Word then print to PDF.

Ah. I figured it was a pro thing. I have standard, which is great. Haven't seen the need to go pro yet, but maybe in the next few years. This is one added +.

I have the full version of Adobe in which under the comment bar, annotations, stamp and then paste from clipboard. Crop as needed. Usually I get 4 pics per page. Open your pics in paint to copy to clipboard

Yeah. The good thing with software now is you can pay for it monthly. It's around $15 a month for pro. Easier to handle than all the money up front. I pay for word and adobe on a monthly basis.

I typically use the "watermark" feature. Once you get them setup properly, you can then save the setting and use again. It allows you to enter photos, text, etc. in the positions you like or want.

Not sure where I got my template, but it's super easy to click and drop the pics into the PDF.
shoot me an email and I'll send it to you.
