Morning folks,
I'm doing an elevation certificate for an apartment complex which has multiple buildings and 2 of them are attached with a common wall but don't have any cross access (doors, openings, etc.) on the common wall. Do you classify it as one or two buildings? On the other side of this "main" building there is another building attached with a common wall but this one does have an opening to connect them. I'm classifying those to be one building but unsure of the other side with the common wall and no cross access......Thanks for any responces!

If it is attached in any way, it is considered one building.

I would classify them as one building as well.
