Has anyone used DGNLink to convert dgn to dwg files?
If so, what do you think about the program?

If you are just wanting to convert from DGN to DWG, I downloaded Trimble Business Center Heavy Construction Edition, (a free download, or at least it was), and installed it to convert the files. It's a huge download, but pretty simple and the price is right.
Hopefully this might help and save you a few bucks.

What type of AutoCad are you running?
If you have any Autocad version 2009 and up, you can direct read microstation to dwg using the import command.
I use to use it but it has been years. I worked great, especially if you needed match someone else's CAD standards. We have since added PowerSurvey to our arsenal so DGNLink is a thing of the past for us.
