I know that we often have the discussion on here about what are the best boots for surveying in the field, and often Danner Boots comes up as a suggestion. I've often looked at Danner Boots, but because of the cost never grabbed a pair. But, I took a look today and they are having a huge sale on them this weekend.

I just thought that I'd let y'all know.

Indeed- just today noticed it was time to replace these doc martens. Got a pair for even cheaper than these were 2 years ago.

Limited sizes especially in the larger sizes.

Thank you for the link...I have been wanting another pair of Danners for awhile now. Tough to stomach $300.....$120 is much easier to get my head around.

Sorry, I didn't even notice. I'm a 8.5EE ~ 9EE and they were even out of the 8.5EE I really wanted.

Even when compared to Amazon.com, some of these were a STEAL!!

Have to be careful on the widths. A co-worker was jumping all over the green mountain light boots....go figure.

Just ordered the crater rims: hope they will be light weight & sturdy. Like the "true size" app; I'm often 1/2 way between 9 and 9.5...

Looked, but I'd never buy a pair of boots with speed laces again. The hooks just get caught in the brush. Grommeted eyelets only for work off pavement, thanks. Oh, that and 8-inch quarter minimum.
