So, we have a house with a basement. Next higher floor is adjacent crawlspace, no vents. Next higher yet is living space over basement, highest is living space over crawlspace.
No physical plant in crawlspace. LAG is 2' below BFE, LAG within 0.2' of HAG. Opinions on Diagram #?

It's hard to tell without seeing it but my guess in a #4.
We always include a sketch of the relative floor elevations - up to at least the first floor above the BFE - for complicated structures that don't necessarily "fit" the stock diagrams. Pick the one we think fits the best, note in the comments that the structure varies from the stock diagrams, and attached the sketch. That way we figure we've done all we can to convey what's going on. If someone chooses not to use that information, or mis-applies it, it's on them and not us for not providing the complete picture.
