I'm thinking that your local board/commission/council, ect has a statement you need to include for a boundary line adjustment, these are two examples which probably won't work in your location. But, if they don't already prescribe some language these may do the job.

If they are agreeing to a boundary that was uncertain, there is no transfer of land and deeds just muddy the issue.?ÿ If the boundary was determinable and they want it elsewhere, then there is a transfer that needs a deed.
