I'm not real adept at the new format here and can't seem to find any "search" mechanisms.?ÿ I seem to remember the BLM website having some issues during the last (October 2013) "government shutdown".?ÿ I was just wondering what the chatter here on the message board was back then during that time.?ÿ Maybe my memory is not so good...I can't remember...

A more pressing concern would be the OPUS workarounds.

They shut them all down. No OPUS, no BLM notes, no nothing that was government. I was so pissed I called my Congressional Delegation and chewed ass. As you can see it did no good. The GS-17's are the essentials, anybody that produces anything is non-essential. What really burns me is they all get paid anyway weither they worked or not.

They don't work on the weekend. One of the essentials will be in Monday morning to shut things down.

Did You Know:
Senate rules require a super-majority for appropriations bills.
let that sink in for a bit

Yesterday (Sunday) I submitted 2 files to OPUS, everything worked great.?ÿ Today OPUS seems to be off line due to government shutdown.

Looks like NGS waited until Monday when their employees got to work to shut everything down.

Glad I took a little time yesterday to submit.

I was able to access data sheets at 8:50 this morning, but not at 9:15.

Someone had to come into the office to flip the switch to off?ÿ?ÿ
