I had quite a quandry on a job near Austin, and my guys had found a couple points w/Kents # on them so I called. After a little phone tag, Kent sent me a ton of information, coordinates to many more points than my guys had found and a beutifully written legal description to an adjoining tract. After seeing his stuff, my stuff began to make sense and solved a lot of problems...THANKS KENT
What Did You Expect?
Great! That's what it's all about!
Kent is a fine surveyor and a very helpful person. I owe him a debt of gratitude for helping me on a large project a couple of years ago. I disagree with him on some survey issues, but never on the mathematics of a particular point.

This is the 1877 subddivision that Greg is working in:

You're welcome, Greg. I know you've got things for that survey party to do around Midland and I knew that if they ate too many lunches at Wilhite's Barbecue in Creedmoor, they wouldn't want to go back. So helping out was the least I could do.
