I finally had the opportunity to meet Wendell and Angel this past week, (Thurs/Friday) at the 2011 Annual Arizona - AZPLS Conference in Tempe, AZ. Got the opportunity to sit down and talk at the end of the conference during the Friday evening cocktail Reception/Silent Auction in the exhibit hall.
It was great to meet both Wendell and Angel, sit and talk about current events and SmartPhones. We tentatively made arrangements for out next BeerLeg rendezvous at the ION Conference up in Portland, OR. Be there, or be square.:-D

We'll definitely have to put a mixer together when you're up in Portland. If Daryl is in town I bet he'll show up! We could all go to the Portland City Grill. Beautiful place and view! And if you like gelato, I can take you to a WONDERFUL gelato place 7 blocks away. 🙂

AZPLS put on a great conference. Had some real quality time with the Chuckster, only wish there could have been more quantity as well. Also had a great time with Wendell, Angel (and the infamous Dave) as well. Had some great conversation and great laughs at dinner together. Thanks, Wendell, Angel (and Dave).
Looking forward to the BeerLeg Mixer in New Orleans! Let's have a Party!

Thanks!! I got lots of attention when I wore that shirt!! I wore it on the plane going from Ontario to Phoenix and the pilot spotted me and told me about his brother being a Surveyor in Missouri. And of course everyone at the AZPLS Conference noticed. 🙂
