HI,
I recently bought a Spectra SP80 to use as a network rover. I have a Carlson Surveyor2. I use a hotspot for internet connection. The SP80 connects to the hotspot using WIFI and the Surveyor2 connects to the SP80 with Bluetooth.
Everything seems to be communicating well except one issue. The position on the data collector does not update unless I take a shot. For example if I am staking out a point, as move the rover, the position on the screen of the data collector does not change.
Not sure if I missed something in setup or what?
Any info or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe the CS2 should be the one connecting to the internet, not the SP80?

There was a problem with the BT running at the same time as the WIFI, Carlson put out a patch to fix it. The link is below.
