I just plug it into my PC and drag the job directly into TBC through the device manager. Big screen > dinky screen. I did kind of like those quick releases on other brackets I've worked with though; I'm not sure if the TDC has such a thing... I think not.

Here's a view of the back of the bracket, and the pole clamp it fits to (same clamp as for TSC7 and TSC5)
