That reminds me of the time Red Green spent most of the show trying to figure out what to use to seal a leak in his heating duct.

I never thought of the eye glasses thing. I have probably used flagging as mentioned, I did use a half roll or so to repair a snowmachine sled hitch....worked ok for a while!

I have been known to use it to make boundary corner markers and stakes more visible. Also to make my suitcase easier to recognize at airport baggage counters.

Hah! I also tie some hot pink flagging on my suitcase. It really does make it stand out on the baggage carousel.

The best time I had with flagging was putting a roll on the bosses back bumper and tying the loose end onto the truck. Somewhere along it falls off and you have a nice streamer of ribbon following the truck. Hey, ya want to interrupt my job with ridiculous comments er, I mean excellent advice, I'm having some fun with you:-P

Uh, kids, this is probably dangerous and against the law so don't do it. Do as I say, not as I do.

I use it fairly often to tie two strands of barbed wire together so I can make a gap large enough to crawl through it. It takes several wraps to get it strong enough though.

When I have my 6 year old flag stakes for Dad. Otherwise good for belts, fishin line, cowboy rope, etc.

It works great to wrap a cut because it will not stick to the wound.

Braided flagging is great for everything from key rings to watch strap and to pull two belt loops together to keep your pants up.

Tie a streamer to end of you rod and reel to see the fish strikes better.

Tie some around your trailer knob and hitch will save a few shins and knees.

You can tie a drunk to his lawn chair with it too.........

😉

Makes good dental floss if you're in the field and still have lunch hung in your teeth.
