What is a decent new survey software that can import Microstation files?

Are you not a fan of the autocad software or the company? Carlson running on intellicad will open microstation files but it works better to convert them to the native .DWG. Otherwise if you want to run native .DGN then go with Power Survey if you can figure out Bentleys website which I find baffling and incoherent.

You can Use PowerSurvey or Carlson, but you may also want to try MicroSurvey as they seem to have a better time dealing with DGN files.

Carlson Survey will read and write DGN files. Had some experience converting DGN to Autocad with Carlson this summer, it wasn't seemless, but with a little editing it worked.
