Our Hp48GX with TDS and RAM card is showing "invalid card data". We're out
of touch on how to fix it. I think you take both cards out and put the software
card into Port 2 and then put it back to Port 1 but that's not working. Anyone
remember how to fix this. Thanks.

It seems to me that those RAM cards have a battery in them that needs to be replaced from time to time.

It could be the card battery if it has one. Sometimes they would do that if the card did not make good connection inside the calculator. Cleaning the connections might be all that is necessary.

Did you type in the "alpha-alpha-TDS48" after swapping the cards?

I ran into some issues with my 48 awhile ago and discovered the battery had died. Couldn't be replaced. Took some searching but I eventually got it back up. I posted it here:[msg=187745] My Solution[/msg]
