I've filled out the Starnet Demo request several times, but the small spinning circle never goes away. Anybody know what's up with this?

Not specifically. What browser were you using? Perhaps try it with Internet Explorer.

You nailed it! Works fine with Internet Explorer. I should have remembered that. My town assessor's office map system relied on an app that Google stopped supporting so we're currently required to access it using IE.
