I've been sent an AutoCAD dwg file that is apparently a new version that my MicroStation won't open.

IF anybody out there can save this back as a 2004-2010 dwg or dxf please email me.

Thanks

TrueView doesn't always work.

Just another example why this site rocks.

I use both DraftSight and TrueView to view problem files and do backwards conversions.

One trick is to explode the file a few times before saving it backwards. This sometimes breaks problem blocks up into usable linework.
