I am running Magnet Field 3.1 on a TESLA Data Collector. I am still having some issues while testing this Data Collector prior to using it in the field. I have run a traverse several times around our office and have some concerns. Magnet currently rounds all bearings, distances, and elevations to 10,000ths. Is there any way to collect this data to more than four decimal places? Our TDS Ranger would have 8 or more decimal places in the Raw Data.
Also, it seems to round to 1,000ths sometimes when I send it into CAD. I have been through my CAD Settings and do not see a cause for this. Again, also does not happen when using the Ranger DC. Has anyone else experienced this?
Additionally, does anyone actually use Magnet Field on a TESLA regularly? Most topics on Magnet are of people who became frustrated and traded it in. Curious if anyone is still using it. If so what other issues should I be looking out for? Thank you all for your time.
