I have now learned that it isn't a stand alone utility, it's a feature that needs to be unlocked in StarNet. So what I asked for is not possible. But if anyone has that feature available and would be willing to convert a raw data file for me I'd appreciate that. I just want to try before buying.

If you install the trial version of StarNet all of the converters used to be available for the trial period. I have the DNA level converter if that is what you are interested in. On Thursday I can convert files for you if you like.

Thanks for the offer. Longtime StarNet user. My 10 days free trial expired sometime in '97 or '98.

I have both the Carlson and Leica DNA converters and they are invaluable. We use StarNet to do our adjustments and we adjust traverse, leveling and GPS in one adjustment. The converters do make it a seamless process.

I ordinarily use the StarTDS converter and have used the StarTSC, Star FieldGenius, and StarDNA converters in the past. I've been presented with some Leica Total Station data and may be getting more in the future. I'm perfectly willing to spend money on the converter, but first I want to see it work.
