Anyone know how to convert a Trimble job file to something readable (by Topcon would be best)? We are a Topcon shop, so we don't have anything to convert it internally (that I know of). I tried looking for a conversion program on the web, but nothing really jumped out at me.

Thanks!

TDS survey data collection link program will open them. you should also be able to export the .job file from a Trimble or TDS data collector as a .raw or .rw5 file I believe.

Trimble Ascii File Generator, together with the appropriate style sheet, can be used to convert .job and .jxl files to .fbk, .rw5, and various other formats. Free.

This is yet another case to crow about StarNet. It does an excellent job of combining data from various sources and manufacturers.
