CONTOURS DOWNLOADS IN SAN FRACISCO BAY AREA

I'm not in Cali, so I can only advise you generally. But I'd phone the city GIS department and ask them. They may be able to share a shape (.shp) file of the contours. Most CAD can open .shp files.  Be warned that such GIS data is not nearly as precise as an actual survey would be.

In Google search put: County, state gis. This should get you a link to the county data and maps.
