Has anyone been able to connect a Leica C10/15 to their network. I am connected to our wireless but I can not get it to attach to my network. We are running a Windows peer to peer work group.

Thanks in advance

John,

I have not tried this myself but it is possible. I will try to contact some of my tech support friends to get details. One thing that needs to be looked at is your wireless router. Is it setup as an network access point or just an open internet connection?

Thanks Mark,

I have a call into my local dealer as well. I can access my network through the a wireless connection so I guess it is set up as a network access point. But that just may be my undeveloped caveman IT brain talking.

Windows CE's interface baffles me some times. It does appear to have place to enter a domain name but I could not see anything relating to peer to peer. That on top of the fact that I can not get the text to be anything but L01.

John from Allen precession training video. I did this to connect a cs15 to a jetpack. The att SIM card works great but one day I couldn't get a signal but verizon had 3 bars where I was at. I now carry both just in case

The Issues is Windows Mobile Device Center cannot connect to a device over WIFI. This was possible with ActiveSync. This was a security concern.

However, there could be a Third party software that could handle this... interesting.
