We upgraded to 2017. I have had a couple of folks that the line by bearing command stops working in a drawing. It will allow them to enter quad, then angle, then prompts for distance when they hit enter after that it does nothing and says continuing line command. They can open a new drawing and it works again. They go back to the last drawing and it doesn't work again. I've tried audit. Any clues? This is drawing me nuts!!!

I've had that happen, and restrarting Autocad or rebooting your computer has always fixed it for me.

First thing I would do is restart AutoCAD. Second thing would be reboot the computer.

Are you using a legacy template? Something not created in 2017, but a previous version? I haven't seen this particular issue but i know legacy templates cause all sorts of weird issues to occur.

If you can say:
1. Close and restart the program, and
2. Reboot the computer
Then you have a future in the lucrative and growing career of Information Technology

I just had same problem. Project started from a 2016 template, converted to 2017, line by brg not work, nor turned angle not working....lame.
