Hey everyone. I run Carlson survey 2017 on intellicad. Today my zoom wheel stopped working. It happened after I restarted. While I was shutting down I saw a CUI error of some sort, I didn't get a chance to read it. This is the second time that this has happened. It is beyond frustrating as I have to either create a new user or reformat/reinstall everything. I opted for a new user the last time, which still came with its own set of problems.

Has anyone else here had to deal with this?
Does anyone have any solutions?
I'm already behind due to an ankle surgery last week and this happening a month ago.
I have a very good computer with good components.

TIA for any input and guidance.

Can't be too specific.
What happens if you reboot after you boot up and find that problem?
Do you save your Intellicad setup profile?
I don't have Carlson, but Microsurvey Intellicad has that capability, also Bricscad.
I setup my preferences then save that profile (not near PC so can't be more specific)
Then I make that my default.
If it spits the dummy I load my preferred profile.
Not sure if that makes sense or helps.

Mouse. Is it wired or wireless?
I've had my Logitech mouse act cranky and have to make changes in its setup.
Frustrating times!

I'm having the same issue running 2017 on Civil 3D 2017. Not sure if it is something broken in the latest Carlson patch

Checked cad settings, mbuttonpan variable and edited cui to set 3rd button to pan.
