Carlson object enabler

is there a way to install the civil 3D 2016 object enabler into Carlson civil suite 2016(intellicad) I have tried to download the enabler from autodesk but it says it cannot find a valid program.

I'm pretty sure the only programs that can use Autodesk object enablers are those licensed by Autodesk. You may be able to use it with the Acad OEM version of Carlson, but I would doubt it's doable with Intellicad.

I was hoping someone had a workaround and maybe since they are both DWg native it would work.

Did you try the 32bit version? I use OEM now but I remeber seeing same error trying to load it as 64 bit.
It's has something to do with carlson, not the operating system.

I tried both 32 and 64 I was thinking it would also recognize microstation but no dice.

The 32bit should recognize microstation, at least the newer versions of microstation. It does here.
