Does anybody know of a way to create a report that shows the diffference in elevation. (points vs surface.)

Im looking for an easy way to report the difference other than creating a spot elevation over each pt and doing the math myself.

I have a dwg with a .grd surface created via lidar. We did some on the ground survey work (tied to the same vert. datum) and i have around 100 ground pts within my dwg. Im looking for a way to report the differences (pts vs surface).

There are some lengthy work arounds to this.

It seems there should be a tool for this.

I use this all the time to compare as-built features to a model surface?ÿ Create the cutsheet and can make a report formatted any way you like.
