Dumb question but I can't figure it out!?ÿ ?ÿwhen I draw plines in a drawing in model space, and then switch to paperspace, the line changes to appear continuous, even if it's listed as dashed.?ÿ ?ÿThink contours, I like long dashes on the index contours and shorter dashes on the others.?ÿ ?ÿBut they all look solid.

I do keep the ltscale at 1, but have changed it from .01 to 20.?ÿ ?ÿAt .01 the line looks almost like dots, but still very solid looking as the dot spacing is minimal.

Where do I re-set whatever it is that I've messed up??ÿ ?ÿThis is a new problem for me, only a week or so old, 2nd drawing that it's happened to, though....?ÿ ?ÿ

Is it a function of working in state plane coords??ÿ It appears that messes up the hatching on some items.... like concrete.....

?ÿ

Thanks,

Don

PSLTSCALE for linework and you have to adjust the hatch origin point when working in state plane.

As others have said, but: In newer versions, psltscale to "off" and ltscale to the scale you represent paperspace (i.e. 20, 40, 60, etc.).

Off = zero.

I use mostly polylines and you may also need to 'pe' (polyline edit) and turn ltgen "on" to get a particular line to look correctly everywhere.
