Running Carlson with Intellicad 2016 and have had this happen twice to me. Both were using older drawings. Opened said drawings, did a bunch of comps, and then printed, saved only to open the file later and none of my changes had been saved. Anyone else see this? I've also tried renaming the save file and it says there are too many errors to correct (or some other BS along those lines) and it can't open my drawing. I thought my rep told me buying this would speed up my productivity...

I use Microsurvey and this happens about once a year for some reason. I open File Explorer and search for the file name that I last worked on, don't enter the extension. Up should pop all of the files that have that unique name. Look for the latest back up file and rename it to something unique with the proper extension. Open that file up and see if you recover. Note that if you have already closed the original file that you will have to go back a couple of back ups in order to get the right one.
