I have a drawing that I have Xref'd another firms drawings into mine. Every time I open my drawing, All the Xref's need to be re-pathed or they or unreferenced. Anyone have an idea what may be going on? Or how to fix this issue???

I get a lot of drawings that do not load xrefs becaused they are pathed to the other guys computer. One will say "Z:/projects i did yesterday/1125477/base.dwg", another will say "D:/projects I meant to do yesterday/288879671258/whut.dwg".
Best fix is to make sur all of the drawings that you want to xref are in your project folder with YOUR drawing. Then xref the other guy drawings into yours, being SURE to look on the right side of of the "Attach Externak Reference" window where it say "PATH TYPE", select "NO PATH" and xref away.
OR you can try the xrdf "BIND" option.
