What is the carlson command equivalent to "mvsetup" in autocad to setup the viewport in paperspace?

I don't have the 2008 OEM installed to my computer but you can switch to a Layout (Paperspace) and run the View -- Viewports collection of commands. However, MVIEW (as suggested in the thread) is probably the quickest key-in equivalent.
