Anyone hear of a definite date when Carlson 15 will be released? I have AutoCAD 15 right now and Carlson 14 won't run it, so I'm in a holding a pattern with that computer until they come out with it.

According to Karen Cummings on Carlson's blog on 2015 on LinkedIn, it should be soon:
"Hi Kelvin: The system requirements will be the same as they have been for 2013 and 2014 -- you can find information depending on whether you are utilizing IntelliCAD or AutoCAD here: http://www.carlsonsw.com/support/system-requirement/. We are working on a 2015 release in early July or maybe sooner"

It wouldn't shock me if it hit the streets today. Also wouldn't surprise if it was another couple of weeks. I do know it is close.

Do we know if it will have a 64x version of Intellicad incorporated?
I've been informed Carlson expects to have a 2015 release candidate build early next week and based on the stability of the release candidate, the general release should follow about a week later.
In addition to supporting AutoCAD 2015, Carlson 2015 plans to ship with both 32-bit and 64-bit IntelliCAD 8.
Thanks for the update.
In your estimation, how big of an upgrade is moving to Intellicad 8?
sure hope the fix the bugs.
Running w. Itellicad 7.2. Crashes more than a blind bus driver.
It's been 2 weeks with nothing yet. Any updates on the release date?
Carlson 15 is available for download the file is dated 7-21-2014. I have not tried to get an upgrade serial number yet so not sure if that is up and running.
Link to the Carlson page showing the Carlson 2015 updates by module. There are links at the top of the linked page for downloading Carlson 2015 and looking up upgrade serial numbers.
Know if that will that run side by side with 14, or replace 14?
My understanding is that as long as you install the upgrade on the same machine as the original that they will co-exist.
This is from Carlson when I looked up my upgrade serial number:
Important: Your new maintenance serial number should be used on the same computer as the linked number from the previous version of the software. Installing the new version on another system is equivalent to license transfer and will result in the termination of the license of the previous version software in 60 days. On the other hand, when used on the same system, both old and new versions will remain active. Please use extra care when you have multiple serial numbers on the account to avoid registration issues.
I only have 2013 installed at the moment but I'm going to use my laptop as a guinea pig later.
