We are using a Panasonic FZ-M1 Toughpad w/ Windows 7 Pro, running Magnet 5.1.

We are able to connect the toughpad to our Topcon HiperV GPS units, as well as directly to our Topcon PS-103A robot. We are unable to connect the toughpad to the Topcon RC-5.

At first we thought maybe it was a problem with the RC-5, but we are able to connect to it with other toughpads.

Has anyone else encountered this? Any advise?

There is a reboot procedurŽ? for the rc5. ?ÿ Call your dealer and they can walk you thru it. ?ÿIf done properly you will need to pair it again with robot

It sounds like the problems are w/ Windows 7 Pro. We encountered a lot of Bluetooth?ÿissues with this OS. The key was to Shutdown and restart the OS often. But all is fixed when upgrading to Windows 10. I suggest you upgrade the OS.
