Check your Attachment points for each component as well as the Y offset.

Mine are controlled by their attachment points. No Y offset at all. text heights 0.1"

Point # - bottom left

Elevation - middle left ( with a small x offset 0.025")

desc - top left

I see that happen every once in a while when I'm working in a drawing I've received from someone outside of my company.?ÿ There's something jacked up with either your units or the drawing scale.?ÿ Start a new drawing from your template and import the points into it and see if it does the same thing.?ÿ

For an anchor point you can choose another component. For example, you create the point number component first. Then you choose that as your anchor for the description component. I would use a X offset of 0 and a Y offset of -0.15 (assuming consistent anchor points such as middle left). Then choose the description as the anchor for the elevation component, and set your offsets the same.

Personally, I rarely use all three components. Most of my points use a label style that doesn't have any labels, and my elevation shots only have an elevation component. Use point groups that have label style overrides to quickly change the label formats. For a quick check of a point with no labels, hover over the point and you will get a popup that gives you more information than you will ever need.
