I have never been able to figure this out. If I rotate a dwg including pts, return to the site and collect some more data and then import my fbk there is rotational error. I've tried looking into this in the past and I want to say that I'm supposed to update my observation database or survey database. My way around this is to delete the observation database prior to importing the fbk.

Any help please & thank you

You have rotated/translated the point drawing entities, but not the point database records. After you do your adjustment next time run "Check Points", "Modify Point database". It's in the Points pulldown. Then the point database and the drawing will be in agreement. Fieldbook import relies on point database forcontrol values, if not specified in the fbk.

Thanks, wasn't sure when I have this problem if it was just a matter of forgetting to run check pts after the rotation/adjustment was complete or if I had run check pts and there was also something with the observation database.
