Is anyone using this?
I have been "upgraded", and for the past two weeks have been doing a CAD course with it. That all seems to work okay but ....

This morning I had to do some real work and I don't seem to have any point data, surfaces, or anything useful with this program when I open one of my C3D 2013 drawings.

Am I missing some important apps or something?

Map 3d is not Civil 3d. it does not have any point, surface or survey functionality. Map is more or less embedded in civil 3d under the planning and analysis workspace if you are actually running C3D not Map 3D then you need to pull down the workspace list in the upper left hand corner and change to the civil 3d workspace.

I see. I don't have that. I have
Planning and analysis workspace.
Maintenance workspace.
2D drafting workspace.
Map Classic workspace.

That last one is the old menu tab/pulldowns, not the ribbons.

Issue resolved. The desktop icon was not pointing to the 3d program.
