I use the LEADER command to label engineering drawings so that the multiline text is ATTACHED to the leader. This allows you to move the text around and the leader stays attached to the text (and will automatically flip the text justification).
The problem is, other people who have messed with my drawings will move the text around but create a new leader that is not attached to the text.
Any way to reattach the multiline text to the leader????
In this case I'm running old R14

I guess the stoneage software doesn't have express tools. (actually it's ACLT98, which is essentially r14 I usually run carlson acad 2009)
