Anyone have this setup? Problems installing? My Autocad copy is quite old but I am not ready to switch to the subscription model of Autodesk yet.

I'm running Land Desktop 2004 on my Windows 7 Home Premium Laptop, HP Pavilion dv7 x64-based PC
Been running it for 3 ~ 4 years. No problems installing. No problems running other than the typical occasional wonky crashes.
Don't have 2007
I've got Land Desktop 2007 on my Windows 7 toshiba laptop. Didn't have any issues installing. Runs okay, a few crashes, probably user error.
The "Longbow Converter" was a must have for me with this setup.

will get a new laptop with options for either win 7 or win 8 OS.
no sense in getting win 8 because the screen is not touch sensitive.
great tip on the long bow converter. never heard of it before today.

I have AutoCAD 2002 running on two different Windows 8 64 bit computers. I prefer Windows 8 as it is a much faster operating system.
