Adding a Geoid File to MAGNET Field

I had a problem adding the 2018 geoid file to MAGNET Field this afternoon. The geoid files are supposed to reside in C: > Program Data > MAGNET > Geoid Files on the Topcon FC-5000. That is where I placed the file. However, when I went to to add the new geoid file within the MAGNET Field program, the file wasn't present in the 1999-2018 U.S. Geoids list. Fortunately, one of our senior surveyors noticed that the file path was set to something other than C: > Program Data > MAGNET > Geoid Files. It seemed odd to me that a user could select a path other than the most logical one available. To summarize, the MAGNET Field program was attempting to access a file that was stored in the wrong location according to the file path.
