He was a very good man, indeed. I had the chance to study under him for 3 years at the University of Houston in the 1980's. Very good education. I will remember him fondly today as I work on some boundary issues. Rest in Peace, Professor.

Damn. Dave was kind to me early on some 15 years ago with help on reading material. He will be missed.
I considered him a good friend, we were supposed to put together some seminars a couple of years ago and we also worked on some beta LS-Sit training classes online.
He gave the NYLS prep seminars for many years until recently.
Too Bad, RIP my friend.
