Hello can anyone suggest us a different platform to elevate our scanner when we have it at an elevation mast like the following link?

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=HDABRj4LLac&ebc=ANyPxKrAoMpLf6Dq6ok1UWDcVzz3we1_krrXQp_0XcogKBdlaUu8BHG_irvB8HRKrUx339JXpl84MbeI-l6CHySsEsLLHYhJZw

So Scan&go Level Plane 16 Radio is the only system for stabilization there is no alternatives?
It costs 7000 dollars?ÿ:(

I have always pictured something similar to having a moving mount on top of an old kern round top head with a proper weight below to keep the instrument level at any degree of slope.

@johnymal

In the movie industry, they have a gadget called a "gimbal stabilizer" that keeps the camera in position while the vehicle or cameraman is moving.

My physics professor brought out a gadget to explain gravity and how different payloads would affect an object's position in relation to the horizontal plane.

From that info, here is my crude concept sketch of that gadget with something such as an instrument mounted on top of a rounded head on a plate with a hole and the instrument on a tribrach with ball bearings to allow movement across the surface of the rounded head and connected to a shaft with a weight on the bottom where gravity would keep the instrument upright.

i have one but rarely use it. I have heard that prices have gone up extremely since i bought mine. I think >30%.

I have a mast solution but not from them but from fireco, much cheaper.
