Has anyone run into a limitation on the number of setups Register 360 will handle.?ÿ I'm looking at using it instead of Cyclone on an upcoming project that will take somewhere in the neighborhood of 250 scans over a 4 mile corridor.?ÿ I can handle it in Cyclone but I'm going to ditch my trusty C10 for an RTC360 rental for this, the scan time would kill me on the C10.?ÿ I've been playing with Register 360 on a couple of smaller projects and like it enough think about giving up on Cyclone (which I'm guessing will have to happen soon anyway).?ÿ I remember hearing something about an issue with registering large numbers of scans, but that was several years ago.?ÿ In reality I will probably break this down into several projects so it probably is not all that much of a technical question.
I just registered around 170 scans in reg 360 straight from the rtc360 with no issues. It was a large building so not sure how a 4 mile corridor would go.
That is good to know. I think the limit was mentioned in Reg 360s infancy. I'm planning on breaking the project into overlapping segments just to make life easier.
