I am looking for any websites to access historical aerial photos? The only one i know of Earth explorer. Earth explorer only goes back to the early 50s in Louisiana. I am looking for aerial photos which were used to create a 1935 USGS topomap. I have searched all over the web to find US Amy Air corp photos with no luck. Any website would be useful for future research.

I would suggest calling USGS directly. I don't have the number handy, but I have called them in the past and was very surprised by the high level of service they provide. Nothing representative of the rest of the federal government.
If that does not work, try your local USDA office or w w w.cic.lsu.edu/aerial.htm
I was going to suggest that some university would be a good source as well (due to my experience in CA, using U.C. Santa Barbara's collection at http://www.library.ucsb.edu/mil ).
