$3.83/g is the lowest here. Kroger may be $0.03 less with a card and more if you buy a lot of items in the store.
Finally dropped a dime yesterday to $3.89 here in western WV. It had been $3.99 for the past few weeks
$3.45 here in Evanston Wyoming (lowest price, it varies of course).

Matt, when you're up in this area, go across the bridge over into Sybene/South Point where the Sam's, Walmart and Speedway is. They've been having gas price wars for about 2 months now. At one point, prices were at $3.99 everywhere else, but $3.55 at those 3 stores.
$4.10 this morning but it has been bouncing around the low $4 range.

All stations buy at the same rate, all sell at the same rate... minor differences in other parts of Mexico.
Price is rock solid, and the dollar/peso rate is rather firm these days.
I seldom run the numbers, I could be 10¢ off...
